Anthony Godin
Having been around sports cars and motorcycles at an early age (learning to ride a motorcycle at just 7 years old), Anthony’s professional career started some 22 years ago with the formation of NLS Spares Ltd. Specialising in supplying spares for E Type Jaguars, the company was one of the first to import crash damaged / un-restorable cars and break them for spares. In its day quite radical, however, as the late 1980’s approached and the prices began to rise, the thirst for genuine spares became obvious.
As the company grew, its other activities included the first ‘Jaguar only’ auction held in the UK, under Sportscar International Auctions, and the import of many other fine cars during the classic car boom of 1989.
After a spell of importing Harley-Davidsons Anthony embarked on a 9 year association with bikes, managing one of the busiest Harley dealers in the UK and building another, as well as a stint in the middle east where he established and managed the first motorcycle dealership in the Sultanate of Oman. This was also a chance to rekindle his bike racing, competing on a KTM in international rallying within the Gulf, including the Dubai off road challenge series.
In recent years, as the manager of an international classic car auction house, he has been able to uncover and offer to the market some truly fabulous and rare motorcars, being at the forefront of the collector car market.
While looking after and managing the stable of many international collectors, he has been able to gain a valuable insight to the current market while offering the very best of service, a service that now continues with the formation of Godin Banks Ltd.

Justin Banks
Justin first towed home a rusty but cheap Triumph Spitfire when he was 15 and has never stopped searching for interesting and rare cars.
He started out in the music industry as a Bass Player and failed Rock Star before opening a small chain of Record shops in the home counties. It wasn't long, however, before his first love, classic cars, came to the fore.
He cut his teeth working for Nick Nicholas at Lombarda Sport in Notting Hill before moving to Hexagon BMW in Highgate. He was always destined to work for himself, however, and started Justin Banks Classic Cars Ltd in 2001.
The company was a success from day one and he has grown it every year, finding an incredibly eclectic range of stock, and also finding eager clients who shared his love of the more interesting cars available.
Justin relocated to the South of France in 2005 with his French wife and young family whilst continuing to trade with the help of Damon Milnes at Cheshire Classics. This was a great period and Justin cemented his reputation for finding interesting French cars including Facel Vega, Delage, Delahaye & Talbot Lago.
Justin now splits his time equally between France and the UK to follow the next chapter, the formation of Godin Banks Ltd. where he will combine his buying ability with the skills and reputation of his friend Anthony Godin. Moving to the South of France is great but If you are someone of ambition, like Justin, you cannot resist the lure of a new challenge for long!
